Where do you deliver?
We deliver all over the areas of Kochi.

Are there delivery charges?
Yes, delivery charges apply and depend on the distance from our location to yours.

Do you provide relocation services?
We provide relocation services only within Kochi. The service charges for relocation must be covered by the client. We do not provide relocation services outside Kochi.

What if I need to return the products?
Clients are responsible for returning the products if relocation is outside Kochi.

How do you coordinate delivery times?
We inform the client before taking the product for delivery. The client must confirm their availability for the delivery to proceed. If the client is unavailable, we will reschedule as per their needs, but it should not exceed more than a week.

What arrangements should I make for delivery?
Once we have agreed on a delivery time, the client must make necessary arrangements to accept the delivery.

 

What if my building does not allow delivery vehicles inside?
You need to ensure that the delivery vehicle can enter your premises. In many cases, parking delivery vehicles on the road is not permitted. Please ensure you have completed all necessary documentation and payment with your landlord.

Who handles labor union and transport union issues?
If there are labor (hamaali) union issues at your location that prevent us from unloading, you will need to address those. Fortunately, such issues are quite rare.
